About the Author

Scott Douglas is a contributing writer for Runner's World. He is the author or coauthor of several New York Times Bestselling running books. A resident of South Portland, Maine, Scott has run more than 100,000 miles in the last four decades.

Jeff Galloway is an American Olympian and the author of Galloway's Book on Running. A lifetime runner, Galloway was an All-American collegiate athlete and a member of the 1972 US Olympic Team in the 10,000 meters. He remains a competitive athlete, continuing through a successful masters running career.

Molly Huddle is a two-time Olympian who holds the American records for 10,000 meters and the half marathon. She has won more than 25 U.S. titles. Molly is the co-creator and co-host of the Keeping Track podcast. She lives in Providence, Rhode Island.
