About the Author

Sky Marsen is Senior Lecturer in Communication and Teaching Program Director at Flinders University, Australia. She specialises in professional communication and text analysis, and has lectured in these internationally, including at California Institute of Technology, USA, and Victoria University of Wellington, NZ. She has also managed business communication projects, and advised corporate clients. She is also the author of Communication Studies.
