Mario Telò is Professor of Rhetoric, Comparative Literature, and Ancient Greek and Roman Studies at the University of California, Berkeley, USA. He is author of numerous books, including Greek Tragedy in a Global Crisis (Bloomsbury, 2023) and Roman Comedy against the Subject (2025).
