About the Author

Kate Schaefer is an Assistant Professor in the Fashion department at Columbia College Chicago. She received her MBA from DePaul University and BA from Indiana University. Katherine oversees the visual merchandising curriculum and leads domestic and international courses to expose students to different perspectives and opportunities in the fashion industry.
