ASHISH DWIVEDI is a Lecturer in Information Sciences at the University of Hull, Uk and his primary research interests are in knowledge management, organizational behaviour, healthcare management, and information and communication technologies. TIM BUTCHER is a Lecturer in Operations and Project Management at the University of Hull Logistics Institute, UK, where he is the MSc Logistics and Supply Chain Management Programme Director.
