Un arrêt du Parlement de 1270 reconnut que les marchands de la basse Seine n'avaient pas besoin d'être accompagnés de marchands parisiens pour passer à Mantes et regagner Pontoise'. La cour avait trouvé le diplôme de 1170 trop peu explicite.
