Paperback. Condition: New. Print on Demand. This book details the legal formation of a $2 million bond issue, secured by $1 million of first mortgage bonds and an additional $1 million of general lien sinking fund gold bonds, dated December 10, 1913. These bonds were part of a larger agreement between the Wichita Pipe Line Company and The Equitable Trust Company of New York, acting as Trustee. The agreement outlined the terms and conditions of the bond issuance, including the payment of principal and interest, the rights and responsibilities of the Trustee and the bondholders, and the remedies available in the event of default. The book also includes forms for the bonds and coupons, as well as a certificate of authentication by the Trustee. It provides valuable insights into the legal and financial practices of the early 20th century and serves as a comprehensive record of a significant financial transaction in the history of the Wichita Pipe Line Company.
