Agreeably to previous arrangements, the managers of the monument met in Howard's Park, at twelve ~o'clock, on Teusday, the fourth of July, eighteen hun dred and fifteen, and in the presence of from twenty-five to thirty thousand? Of their fellow citizens; among Whom were a number of the reverend clergy; the pre sident and members of the Cincinnati of Maryland, his excellency the governor n. W. G. M. And members of the grandlodge of Maryland, and the subordinate lodges of Baltimore; the mayor and city council of Baltimore; officers of the army and navy.
