Written in the late 1980s, the book provides a detailed breakdown of land use by type, ownership, and zoning, with insights into the neighborhood's physical, social, and economic characteristics. The author presents an analysis of the current land uses, ownership patterns, and zoning in the area, highlighting housing conditions, business/employer characteristics, and neighborhood demographics.
