The author, who was a notable 18th-century Dutch minister and philosopher, argues that the wonders of the living world, from the human body to the rotation of the planets, provide undeniable evidence of God's existence. Originally written in 1715, this book remains a unique and fascinating exploration of how to apply rational scientific understanding to the concept of a divine Creator. The author's deep understanding of the physical laws of his day allows him to thoroughly and compellingly demonstrate how all things rely on God's power and design for their existence.
