Excerpt from The Design Spaces of Audio Menus and Forms
The first division of a menu recording identified a header, items, and a footer as the parts. Section 3 presented some Of the styles that come from design choices about how to recombine these parts. This section begins with a description of some other combinations that yield plausible styles. Moreover, it is useful to subdivide each of the parts.
