Sec. 8. Disciplina - Principals shall be responsible for the general discipline of their schools; Assistants, for order in their rooms. Teachers shall have the power to hold pupils to a strict accountability for any disorderly conduct on their way to or from school, or on the school play-ground, and shall require pupils when dismissed to go immediately home.
