Tenemos el honor de poner en manos de V. E. El proyecto de Código de Comercio reformado, cuyo estudio nos encargó el decreto de 14 de Octubre de 1870. Las causas que impidieron el que ese trabajo fuese presentado en la época deseada, las hemos ya dejado consignadas en notas anteriores.
