Des tirés-à-parts des deux premières parties de ce mémoire ont été mis dans le commerce, mais cette première édition 'n'a pas tardé à être épuisée.
Pour satisfaire aux demandes persistantes, je me suis décidé de publier à nouveau en un volume ce petit ouvrage, en tenant compte des nouvelles inscriptions latines trou vees en Espagne et des remarques diverses que m'ont faites les auteurs de comptes-rendus en général très bienveillants, qui ont paru sur la presente étude dans diverses revues critiques (i).
