Adde quod res natura indissociabiles, hinc poeti cum ipsum ingenium, illinc formae quibus ingenium utitur, separari neutiquam possunt, nec de una an quiri licet quin de altera simul agatur. Horum itaque librorum auctores, quamvis non ostendere destinent quae sit, illis temporibus, poetica facultas, inc-ensuite tamen et aliud agentes, rem proprio proposito conti guam attingunt et oblique, ut ita dicam, illustrant. Hino igitur fieri potest ut ediscamus quae fuerit tum apud Gallos poesis fortuna, quo scilicet modo qui busque fluctuationibus laboraverit.
