Synopsis
Excerpt from Railway Freight Rates and Pooling, Vol. 1
Sec. 4. That all acts and parts of acts in conflict with the provisions of this act are hereby repealed, but such repeal shall not affect causes now pending nor rights which have already accrued, and such causes shall be prosecuted to a conclusion and such rights enforced in the manner heretofore provided by law.
