Besides whathas been already declared, 'tis farther or dered, that the above Deputies fhall take Cognizance of all Matters and Cafes of Infurances, and that at leaf't four of them {hall join in the Sentence; which they are to give ac cording to what they {hall think juft and equitable in fuch Cafes. Whoever finds himfelf aggrieved by their Decree, may appeal to the Six, as mention'd in the firi't Ini'tance And no other Court, befides'thefe Deputies, {hall have Power to give Judgment in fuch Cafes. Moreover, notwithfianding the above Prohibition, that no Infurance, during one Year, {hall be made under the general Exprefiion of, on all and every Paflbge, 'tis declared, That, in order to give all pofii ble Afiiftance to the Merchants, it {hall be lawful for them, in cafe they think proper, to caufe Infurances to be made on all and every Fez/age, but under fuch Conditions and Limita tions as rape Deputies jhall think proper.
