It is so easy to overlook some material point, so difficult to provide for every contingency, and this is still more the case where the subject is one with which the draftsman does not happen to be familiar. The solicitor is a man Of affairs and sees many sides of life, but of him, as of every one else, the maxim is true N on omnia possumus omnes. It is quite impossible for him, with all his experience, to spin forms out of his consciousness to fit all occasions.
