As the work of the year 1904 is now closed. It is customary or usual at our final meeting to review some of the chief events which have come before the Board.
The ordinary routine work of the department has been con ducted to the satisfaction of the Board. Every care having been taken that the public interest should be duly considered both in the selection of reading and the distribution of same.
