Resolved, That the thanks of the Board of Trustees of the University of Tennessee are hereby most sincerely and cordially extended to Dr. Edward S. Joynes for his able and eloquent address this day delivered before the University; and that the secretary forward to him a copy of this resolution, with the request that the address be forwarded to this Board for publication.
