I have not thought it possible to make any material improve ment upon the elegance and conciseness of the author's proofs of Propositions in the accompanying treatise on Analytical Geometry. I have added a number of original Numerical Exercises, adapted to illustrate the meaning of the Propositions, and to show the utility of the truths taught.
