Paperback. Condition: New. Print on Demand. This book probes the origin and meaning of Sanskrit roots, the foundational components that give rise to words in one of the world's ancient languages. The author examines both gradual phonetic change and distinct dialectic variety as forces that have shaped the language over time. The analysis reveals that at their core, Sanskrit roots express simple, everyday actions, reflecting the daily life of an early human society.
