About the Author

Adrian Zarif is the creator of Meta Sociocracy(R) (Meta S) and the architect of the Organizational Performance OS (OPOS(R)). He is responsible for the conceptual development of the framework, including the Bearing Governance Model (BGM), the Consent-Based Scoring Protocol (CBSP), and the structural design principles that enable participation, Structural Equivalence, and collective intelligence as an operational outcome of governance. Iuliana Andronache, Meta Sociocracy(R) Ambassador and Governance Designer, contributed to the refinement, articulation, and practical contextualization of the concepts presented in this book.
