The Chief of Staff of the Air Force, General Ronald R. Fogleman, has directed the Air University to conduct a major study on air and space power and concepts applicable to the year 2025 and beyond. Its tailored products are available at the tactical, operational, and strategic levels of command.This study is being conducted at Air University during the 1995-1996 academic year and will conclude in June 1996 with delivery of the final report to the Chief of Staff of the Air Force. The final report will be a logically ordered collection of white papers developed from the innovative concepts and technology abstracts submitted.
