About the Author
Stephens is licensed as a real estate broker in Texas, Georgia and Massachusetts and holds a mortgage broker license in Texas where he is the mortgage broker for www.CelebrationLending.com. He also serves a from 1979 through the present, as the President and Broker of Record of deRaat Stephens, Inc. The firm acquired an ERAA(R) franchise in 1995 and is now doing business as ERAA(R) Stephens Properties. He was appointed by the Texas Real Estate Commission for a six-year term to the Texas Real Estate Broker-Lawyer Committee in 1993 and to the Texas Department of Savings and Mortgage Lending's Mortgage Brokerage Advisory Committee for a three-year term in 2005.
