A WORD ON THE REBUILDING THE HOUSES OF PARLIAMENT. I have ventured to circulate an opinion which more reflection confirms. In an intricate case of law, or doubtful symptoms in alarming illness, whence do we seek, advice but from the experience of enlarged practice?
