NEAL CHALOFSKY, lead editor, is senior professor of Human and Organizational Learning at The George Washington University. TONETTE S. ROCCO serves as a program leader and professor at Florida International University and is the lead editor of New Horizons in Adult Education and HRD. MICHAEL LANE MORRIS, former president of the Academy of Human Resource Development, is the Skinner Professor of Management and associate dean in the College of Business Administration at The University of Tennessee.
