Haijun Zhang is a Professor in University of Science and Technology Beijing, China. He is also a Senior Member of IEEE.

Jemin Lee is an Associate Professor at the department of Information and Communication Engineering, Daegu Gyeongbuk Institute of Science and Technology (DGIST), Korea.

Tony Q.S. Quek is a tenured Professor with the Singapore University of Technology and Design (SUTD), and co-editor of Cloud Radio Access Networks (Cambridge, 2017).

Chih-Lin I is Chief Scientist for Wireless at China Mobile and co-author of Green and Software-defined Wireless Networks (Cambridge, 2019).
