Symposium Z, Thin Films for Optical Waveguide Devices, covers materials properties, thin-film processing and optical waveguide device integration. Condition: Good. 2013 Materials Research Society (Warrendale, Pennsylvania), 6 x 9 inches tall paperbound, xv, 464 pp. Light soiling and moderate rubbing and edgewear to covers, with a very slight bump to the top edge of the rear cover and a bit of creasing to the front cover. Slight vertical creasing to the first few pages of text.
