About the Author

Doug Setter, BSc. was the original 98 pound weakling. He studied body building and martial arts and still basically got bullied and had his butt kicked over and over until his early 20's. He learned nutrition, strength training and kick-boxing and served with the military as a paratrooper and UN peacekeeper. He studied journalism in college and nutrition sciences in university. During a stint as a crime reporter, he observed common traits of bullies, criminals and their victims. Doug is the author of One Less Victim and Reduce Your Alcohol Craving. Selo is his first novel. He lives in Vancouver, Canada.
