Synopsis

She changed her name. She changed her life. But the past never forgets.
For a decade, Kay Carruthers has been living quietly, raising her son, Quinn, in Calgary, Alberta. But Kay wasn’t always Kay. Once, she was Rebecca Adams—until murder and betrayal drove her into an icy river and she vanished.
She resurfaced in Temple, British Columbia, as Ellie Lipska, hoping for healing and perhaps even a chance at love. However, this fragile peace proved fleeting, and heartbreak forced her to escape once more.
Now, the delicate reality she had built is crumbling away. Someone remembers. Someone wants revenge. And Kay must face the truth she buried long ago… before it takes away the most precious thing in her life: her son, Quinn.
