Synopsis

Set on the small Greek island of Kalymnos, this work of fiction sees a retired MP looking for a quiet escape to write his life story.
Progress with his writing slows down and eventually stops, when a group of locals, who have had enough of the corruption and nepotism on the island, and who want to see things change for the better, approach him to ask if he will stand for election as the Mayor of Kalymnos.
After the election, he returns to Scotland to finish writing his memoirs Looking Back, when he receives a call to let him know a good friend has gone missing.
In Return to Kalymnos, when a body is found on the beach, there is a murder to solve, a killer to be stopped and a race to stop the island falling back into the hands of those wishing to return it to its corrupt past..
