Beginning in traditional financial environments and evolving into entrepreneurial advisory roles, he has worked closely with individuals and organizations to help them navigate complex decisions, high-pressure environments, and shifting economic conditions. Through years of advising clients, mentoring professionals, and leading through uncertainty, Bjorn has developed practical frameworks for decision-making, communication, and leadership that form the foundation of this seminal book. Bjorn and his wife, Janice, live in Manitoba's Interlake Region. They have four grown children.
