About the Author

Dr. Michael Borish has more than forty years of professional experience focused on economic and market development, financial sector institutions, small business, and credit risk management. He has worked on site in more than 60 countries, having focused on numerous teaching and lecturing engagements in credit risk management, and broader policy and institutional work for private and financial sector development. He has a PhD in Management from Carleton University in Ottawa, Canada, and an MBA from the University of Chicago. He also has certification as a Financial Intelligence Specialist.
