As humans, we are made up of so many things we understand as "self." We fear death and resist the inevitability of change. We want what we cannot have, what cannot be, instead of what is and what must be. We live in contradiction.
In The Sentient Error, Cory Aitken breaks new ground on the origin of human suffering and the possibility for its resolution. Within the very essence of our own self-construct, our belief system, Aitken posits, there lies a necessary and often unrecognized error-an error that leads to inner conflict, which ultimately leads to suffering. This book is a distillation of a twenty-year journey of self-discovery, in pursuit of peace and joy.
