Synopsis
Set in the Italy of the late 18th and early 19th centuries, Giovanni Ruffini's Doctor Antonio is a tale of love, betrayal, revolution, and redemption. Follow the story of Antonio, a young doctor who becomes embroiled in a plot to overthrow the ruling Austrian authorities in his hometown. Along the way, he falls in love with the beautiful and enigmatic Marianna, but their relationship is threatened by the political turmoil around them. Will Antonio be able to navigate the dangers and uncertainties of his time and find happiness with Marianna?
