John Hay is the author of the novel in stories, Love That Moves The Sun and the novel in stories, Love's Invisible Language. Love In The Quantum Field is his book of Collected Poems. He received Honorable Mention form Best American Short Stories. He is the author of five children’s books, including Rover and Coo Coo, for which he received the Friends of American Writer’s Juvenile Fiction Award. His short stories have appeared in the Sewanee Review, the Kentucky Humanities Council magazine and other journals as well as The Kentucky Anthology: 200 Years of Writing in the Bluegrass State. He lives on a farm where he grew up near Frankfort, Kentucky.
