These competencies were evaluated for their relevance in the construction and engineering industry and are divided into eight categories: the Peak Leader factors. These factors are derived from FMI’s Peak Leader model, which is based on research and represents our philosophy on what makes great leaders. The 8 factors are broad categories of behaviors that we believe contribute to effective leadership.
