Synopsis
A mysterious machine, built over a century ago by the enigmatic scientist Nikola Tesla, lies hidden in an ancient building near Pikes Peak. Its monstrous counterpart occupies the vast interior of a hollowed-out mountain in Alaska. Desperate for a blockbuster story, news anchor Kate McCullough discovers a link between the two machines, and to a covert project harboring a terrifying new weapon of unprecedented power and scope. Now she and her partner David are targets of ARC, a massive conspiracy driven by madmen and abetted by an unwitting U.S. government. Kate and David must use all of their guile just to stay alive. How can they hope to defeat a supremely protected juggernaut that can burn the soul from every living being on the planet? Their efforts to expose the conspirators will soon unleash a staggering electronic firestorm.
