Review

An Elaborate, Fun, Fantasy Tale for Middle Grade Children "Run, Holly, Run," by Walter Rouzer, is a delightful middle grade novel that pulls the reader into a fun-filled fantasy world that is part ghost story, part fantasy fiction, part slapstick comedy, part science fiction, and part modern-day Jack-and-the-Beanstalk fair tale. As the book's subtitle claims, it's also a mystery-suspense thriller and a humorous, detective-spy-adventure story. Wow! That's one complex and ambitious plot, right? But, believe me, it works nicely in practice. - B. Case Fantastical, Genre-Bending Novel Run Holly Run is a fast-paced, atmospheric novel in the same vein as Nancy Drew or the Hardy Boys. With it's mix of suspense, comedy and sci-fi, the novel seems to offer something for everyone depending on your taste. There's also good-hearted fun and a sense of innocence that is a nice change of pace from all the dystopian/vampire fiction purveying the market, especially targeted toward younger readers. It's definitely a story that will entertain all ages. - John Vasquez A Great Book I loved this book!!!! It is a story about bravery, loyalty, friendship and it keep me captivated! It is a mystery. It is scary. It is funny. It is a story that a person of any age would enjoy. -Deborah Oldham
