First published in 2012, the original series was created to provide the most up to date, “how to” information on using Feedback Informed Treatment (FIT) to inform and improve mental health service delivery. Wanting to understand the meaning and use of the performance indices made possible via aggregation of individual or agency data? Start with chapter 4. Part of an agency considering how, or whether to implement FIT? Read chapter 5. Just beginning your FIT journey? Read chapters 1 and 2, and then, as experience with FIT grows, use the Table of Contents to identify topics of interest or pursue answers to specific questions. Regardless, take the time to complete the quizzes found at the end of each chapter as well as consult the appendices at the end of the book as doing so will support the successful application of FIT in your practice or treatment setting.
