Synopsis

Alexandra has the career as a public relations specialist and investigative journalist she’d always longed for. Tom, her good-looking boyfriend, and Alexandra begin their successful paths to an environmentally conscious life in culturally rich New Orleans. They dream of living in the French Quarter. Their careers drive their daily lives. Neither expects family obligations to play a role in their choices. Alexandra’s and Tom’s lives are upended by unforeseen circumstances that force them to redirect their energies. Sinister forces in the dark underbelly of New Orleans threaten their dreams as well as their lives. A devilishly handsome, evil, human trafficker, battling the Dixie Mafia for control of prostitution in the Crescent City, forces Alexandra into the middle his bloody fight. Her only choice is to join the battle. Her survival depends on her ability to change her internal feelings and transform her life. Evil demons corner her forcing her to reach deep inside herself to save what she holds dear. Despite her valiant efforts, death and disaster lurk around every corner.
