About the Author

Gregg Brown has over 25 years' experience helping individuals, groups and organizations change behaviours to achieve better results. Gregg was part of the ground breaking team that opened the first wave of Starbucks stores in Canada. With a strong interest in organizational and individual behaviour change, he then worked with one of the most challenging groups - prisoners in federal penitentiaries. Gregg has spoken hundreds of times to many thousands of people at conferences and events in Canada and the United States. Gregg holds a Master of Science degree from the University of Leicester in the UK with a focus on organizational psychology, leadership and performance and is an Associate Member of the American Psychological Association. He is an avid reader on anything related to psychology and brain science, especially while sitting on his sunny cottage deck overlooking Lake Erie.
