About the Author

Michael K Sahota has been on a path of self-discovery and healing for decades to find his own inner peace. By profession he is a leadership coach and trainer. He works with leaders all over the world to develop high-performance organizations through his own integrated system of knowledge, tools, and behavior shifts. He developed this system while helping companies move to an Agile way of working in the software industry. Michael’s graduate work in computer science trained him in sensemaking to understand models and theories in a profound way. As an engineer by training, he likes practical structures and tools that can make this world a better place. This way of understanding the world helped him come to terms with himself and his emotions. His outlook brought him to approach emotional growth and healing with the mind of an experimental scientist: “Show me the data to prove that!” Audree Tara Sahota's quest to liberate herself from pain and suffering led her to study the psychology of disease. With over 10 years of formal training as an energetic healer, including meditation and yoga, she became an expert in personal growth and transformation. Audree’s natural abilities to sense energy and read people has been effective in her career as an energetic healer.
