About the Author

Kath Twigg is a professional woman who has learned to free herself from toxic relationships after many years of struggle. Kath wrote her story in the hope of reaching people such as herself who may be trapped in unhealthy and abusive relationships of all kinds, but feel unable to escape or ask for help. 'The Hall of Mirrors, How to Change Life Patterns and Avoid Toxic Relationships' is an inspiring page turner which tells Kath's story in her own words.
