About the Author

Nigel Dunnett s innovative approaches to planting design wowed visitors to the London 2012 Olympic Park as well as parks and public spaces throughout the UK. His Chelsea Flower Show gardens received great acclaim and he is a leading exponent of planting on green roofs, rain gardens and urban spaces. He is Professor of Planting Design and Vegetative Ecology at Sheffield University and lectures throughout the world.
