Synopsis
The aim of this book is to make wiring easier and more rewarding. It has been designed to help you carry out installations and fault finding on control circuits by giving you all the information you need in a clear and logical manner. We have worked closely with Danfoss and Honeywell to take their existing wiring diagrams and schematics and turn them into full colour illustrations which are much easier to understand and use. The most common control circuits in use in the UK are the three port and two port circuits. This book therefore contains a greater number of diagrams for those circuits. The different diagrams in use are: Fully Wired - Shows every wire in the control circuit Live Wire - The earth and neutral wire have been removed for clarity Valve - Shows the internal connections to the motorised valve Schematic - A simplified version of the circuit Live Wire Stats - Only the thermostat circuit is shown. We've also added plenty of other useful diagrams which we know are necessary when carrying out work on controls such as frost protection, by-passes, wall plates, fault finding flow charts and more.
