About the Author

Dr. Joseph Umidi serves as Professor of Leadership at Regent University for the past 28 years while serving in senior leadership roles of several churches in Virginia during that time. For the last fifteen years he has served as the Founder and President of Lifeforming Leadership Coaching, Inc., an international Training and Consulting corporation worldwide in 24 countries and 14 languages. He has authored numerous articles and books dealing with Leadership, Organizational, and Personal Transformation and is working in community and international transformation strategies with several organizations and governments in the developing nations. He is married to Marie, Founder & President of TMCJ, Inc. an international Arts ministry, and the delighted grandparents of three grandchildren.
