Synopsis
An exiled black revolutionary leader escapes from police surveillance in Botswana. A white labor union leader is found murdered in the "Blacks Only" lounge of the Port Elizabeth train station. A high-ranking government official is activated by a foreign power after sixteen years as a "sleeper" agent. An American arms dealer assembles a shipment of weapons destined for a South African gold mining company. Each of these seemingly disparate events leads Homicide Detective Nigel Mansell to an ingenious plot to infiltrate the extraordinarily rich South African diamond mining system and to instigate a long overdue revolution against that country's tyrannical government.
