Synopsis

You Said Yes to Jesus. It Was All Good. Then Something Started Pushing Back.

Maybe you never took the idea of a dark side seriously—until you gave your life to Christ and strange, unexpected resistance showed up.

So you wonder: Is this real? Am I imagining it? Or did I really just land on a battlefield?

You're Not Losing Your Mind. You're Waking Up to a Spiritual Conflict.

This book shares candidly the author's initial surprise and confusion when he first experienced evil trying to sabotage his new life in Christ. Ignorance of the spiritual realm isn't bliss, for it leaves Christians ill-equipped to recognize the enemy's existence and tactics. Don't become a victim—learn how to protect yourself and your family with the spiritual authority Christ provides.

The Armor of Light closes the ignorance gap about the realm of the spirit, clearly and biblically. Jesus has already won the war you're facing. Your part isn't to live with concern about the enemy, but to stand boldly in your God-given authority and put him in his place.

Discover what Pastor Michael wished he had known in his early Christian years:

• Why spiritual resistance intensifies after you come to Christ—and how to defeat it instead of just endure it
• How your covenant with God in Christ is a protective shield
• Why prayers of protection are not just a good idea, but necessary
• What the promises of Psalm 91 and dwelling in the "secret place" really mean for your daily safety
• How to put on the full armor of God (Ephesians 6) by renewing your mind in the area of each piece
• What are the three heavens of Scripture, revealing exactly where angels, demons, and God operate
• How to "plead" the protective blood of Christ as the Passover protection and as high intercession in the courts of the Lord
• How the Holy Spirit leads you to dwell safely in a chaotic world
• 25 spiritual warfare prayers for deliverance, healing, and activating a divine hedge of protection over your mind, your home, and your family

Grounded in Scripture, Not Speculation

Nineteen focused chapters move you from biblical foundation to daily application, and each ends with a secret of God's protection. Discover your active role in spiritual warfare: proactive prayer, binding and loosing in the name of Jesus, guarding your tongue, relating properly to your local church, keeping a balanced view of spiritual warfare, and learning how to discern if something comes from God or the devil. Over 250 scriptural footnotes mean you're never left wondering whether this is just human opinion.

Jesus spoke of the enemy only to sharpen His disciples' awareness, never to feed their fear. This book follows that exact pattern: enough truth about the darkness to recognize it, and far more about the Light that overcame it.

Proclaim Liberty to the Captives Today

Whether you face personal opposition, unexplained resistance, or simply want to protect your family in prayer, The Armor of Light draws on the wisdom of Abraham, David, Paul, and Jesus to help you walk boldly and joyfully in your calling.
